Buying a new car has never been so easy and pain-free. Alex did an amazing job and I would highly recommend her (and Peters Honda of Nashua) to everyone who plans on buying a car. She was kind, professional, and patient. Alex made sure we were well informed about every little detail possible about the car we had in mind, but also made us feel very comfortable and not pressured into a sale. Waited less than an hour to get my oil, filter change and tires rotated for a Monday morning appointment. Drove my car into their service garage with the garage doors opening automatically. When the maintenance work was done, the person came to meet me in the waiting room to tell me it was all set. As usual, the car also gets a carwash and you go back to the garage to drive it out after paying at the front desk. While waiting in the waiting room, you can sit down to watch TV or catch up with your emails per their free wifi-service.
While only in for an hour for the State Inspection the entire staff is always very pleasant and congenial as I wait for the car to be finished.

I am happy with the dealership but have had two stupid incidents one was rectified after I had a fit and the other happened yesterday. Went in to have oil and filter done plus to remove the car bra. Told me the removal would be 35.00 fine they recommended cabin filter and engine air filter all fine. They wash my car nice thing to do but they wash it with the car bra on. Really stupid thing to do. I.bought from the best Honda dealership and probably the most expensive dealership so I do not expect stupid things being done.
