What a waste of time. 2 hours. I took it in for an inspection and I had no issues the year before. Waited 5 minutes in the car before I was checked in. These dealership is a total rip off, their crooks. I recently took my 2020 Honda accord 4/26/24 for a transmission fluid flush and the guy came out with a $2800 bill of repairs that my car allegedly needed. Overcharging me for these repairs. $69 charge to replace each air filter and $69 to replace cabinet filter. You can buy air filters at Walmart or autoparts for around $20 each. Caliper $400+ to replace which i bought for $115 and $559 for one rotor, new rotors cost around $75 and new brakes which you can buy for $40 or $50 at a autopart store. $850 for tires that I've only had for two ... Exceptional new car buying experience. In the past 20 years we had purchased 2 new cars here and 1 used vehicle. As it turned out the used vehicle had an unforeseen problem which Peter’s offered to fix but ultimately could not and with no more questions asked agreed to take the vehicle back and provided a 100% refund. I had the worst time ever. I took my car in for service for a recall with the radio that they did and it did not fix anything but made it worse. I brought my wife car in for them to tell me nothing is wrong with the car and charged me $179.00 for maintenance. The purchase went smoothly. Ron listened to what we wanted and delivered it. The dealership did not have the color I wanted, so they were able to get it in less than 2 weeks. The electronics setup takes a long time with many require selections. Ron set everything up for me. The signing session was much faster than other sessions I've experienced.
This is a very bad dealer, service is too expensive . I never go to this place again for anything . I told him not to do my air filter and he turnaround and did it anyways and charged a lot of money for it. That man said misunderstood me. What the xxxx!!!!!

Horrible used car practices at this dealership. Found a car we were interested online with a price. Went in to look at it a few days later and took it for a test drive. I was then told they couldn’t even talk about selling it yet because it hadn’t been processed yet (what?). I had a service appt today and literally was the worst experience ever. I made the appt last week. My brakes were gone and my appt was at 9:15. I had to drop off the night before. 12/11/21: Just bought a new CRV. the lowest price I could find. They did charge MSRP because vehicles are in short supply, but they didn't gouge me like the big dealer in Manchester would've.
They made me finance thru Honda (3.59% with outstanding credit), even if I was paying cash, which I wish they told me up front because I had already arranged for a credit union loan. you can pay it off after 3 months, if you pay it off sooner they'll still charge you 3 months of interest.
