My brother and I worked with Ronald Harrison in purchasing his Civic and he provided outstanding customer service. My brother has a disability and Ron really took the time and patience to make sure he was satisfied and understood the process. He made sure my brother felt valued as the customer and went through the entire car with him explaining the ins and outs and helping him set up the blue tooth capabilities. We could not have asked for a better experience and we will continue to refer Ron to our friends and family.
Larry Stevens was absolutely amazing. I definitely felt like he pulled a lot of strings for me. He made me feel like I had options and didn't have to stick to one thing. At the end of the day I got the car I wanted and I'm beyond grateful for all Larry did for me!

From the moment I met Ron, I knew I was not going to be pressured in any way. After getting some information about what I was looking for, we went out looking at several cars in the two models I wanted to look at. Ron described the features of each car so that I could choose the car I wanted with the features I wanted, in the color I wanted. I drove each of the two models. I did not feel any pressure when I said I wanted to share my thoughts about both cars with my husband first. I went back the next day and put a deposit down with the sales manager(Ron's day off). I went back the next day. Ron had the car ready for me to take home that day. Ron went through all of the features again so I knew where all of the buttons were, and what each one did.
